中國洋女婿的投訴!
除夕之夜航班取消行李丟失,浦東機(jī)場告知系統(tǒng)無記錄便不了了之!以下是事情的經(jīng)過,請消協(xié)幫忙找回我的行李!里面有孝敬中國丈母娘的新年禮物!
I would like to bring to your attention that i had a flight from MU504 ~Hongkong to Shanghai and MU 2540 Shanghai to Xiangyang by China Eastern on 30th Jan,2014
When i checked in 1 baggage at the Hongkong airport, i was told that the baggage will be delivered straight to Xiangyang.My flight MU504 was delayed from Hongkong to Shanghai and then my connecting flight was from MU2540 Shanghai to Xiangyang was cancelled.
When i reached shanghai airportb y MU504 , i asked the China eastern staff at the counter for my baggage transfer before i was told the flight is cancelled and later they informed all the passengers that my flight to Xiangyang is cancelled and i have to take the next day afternoon flight on 31st Jan,2014 which is MU 2613
They asked passengers to move to Hotel in shanghai, so again i went to the china eastern counter to ask for my baggage and they asked me to go to the international baggage colection belt to collect my baggage so that i can take to hotel. I went to the belt,they said they dont have my baggage and must be at domestic transfer. So i.went to domestic transfer , they also said they dont have it and i kept running for2 hours to find my baggage to each n every china eastern counter but no one helped , all kept sending me from one counter to another counter which is just not what i expected from an airline staff to behave in such a bad manner with an aviation proffesional like me.
Finally at 2 am One duty manager told me you go to the hotel your baggage will be delivered to Xiangyang as per your baggage tag and you can come the next day afternoon before the flight to check again. I told him can u contact Hongkong side and inform my case but he didnt help any further and said you do it on your own.
So on 31st jan,2014 i went to Shanghai airport to take my flight MU 2613 , the staff at duty manager said dont worry your baggagewill reach xiangyang in this flight ,its just because of flight delays .
I was not satisfied ,so i called china eastern baggage claim counter ,they said that there is no record of my baggage in their system and said must be transferred to domestic side already.
So i went to domestic baggage claim and they said they dont know of my baggage as its a transfer may be it will reach Xiangyang straight from Hongkong and they dont have record too and
